Due to projected population growth of 22-27% in the Floridsdorf and Donaustadt districts, largely driven by urban expansion, a new Learning Center is proposed. With a higher-than-average percentage of residents aged 0-19 compared to other districts, this center fills a crucial gap in the area. Additionally, it offers flexibility for alternative uses, such as community activities. The flexible design can adapt to demographic changes, allowing spaces to be reconfigured based on user needs. The following element hierarchy and Metabolist elements play a key role in enabling this adaptability, ensuring that spaces can be efficiently reorganized over time.
